Early Learning Payment

The Early Learning Payment helps pay the costs of Early Childhood Education for children aged 18 months to three years, who are from families enrolled in selected Family Start or Early Start Programmes.

  • We don't think you can get this because:

    • None of your children are eligible

  • However you do meet these requirements:

    • You are a New Zealand Citizen or Resident

    • How to apply for Early Learning Payment

    Contact us to talk about your circumstances and we’ll explain how to apply. We’ll normally arrange a meeting with you and will tell you what you need to bring .
