How to apply for Residential Care Loan
You’ll need to get in touch with a Needs Assessor in your area, who will assess your requirement for residential care and give you a ‘Residential Care Subsidy Application’ form. The application for a Residential Care Loan is included within this form – the entire form must be completed.
